Locking my own ETH for a certain amount of time.

Is there a way to lock my own ETH for a few years to avoid panick selling ? Without giving access to anyone else.

I guess smart contracts would be useful for this, but I can't code, is there some verified smart contracts for this since I can't verify the code myself ?
