Should I all in eth?

Was in crypto in 2021 and bought high sold low. Lost roughly 15k.

Now I wanna get back to crypto to make at least 15k back. Just heard eth etf got approved. Have 30k to invest. Should I just go all in eth and just hold and wait for the pump?
