Question, Defi trading coding

Wondering if anyone could point me towards the right directions on defi trading with code. Example , creating a limit order for moons on sushiswaps moon/eth pool.

Been trying to Google it for a while, but only ends up on how to create a smart contract. Guess it's my lack of understanding crypto, I just want a simple code that uses privatekey and can interact with smart contracts as if I were on sushiswaps doing the trade manually.
