My Wallet got hacked?

Good morning everyone, hope someone can help me with the following. Unfortunately on the 2nd of April all my SDX(Steakd) tokens got stolen from my wallet. But it was just this specific token that got stolen, every other token in the wallet were not touched. When I checked the transactions in my wallet for the last few weeks, I found exactly where it got hacked. As of today, around 61 days ago, someone sent me some SDX tokens and a day later some Wrapped BNB. Straight away some of the SDX tokens I was sent got moved out.

They couldn't take all the tokens that day because I had all my SDX staked so it couldn't be moved until a few weeks later when I unstaked the tokens and they took everything.

I can see that they did this same attack about sending SDX tokens and then Wrapped BNB to quite a few SDX holders around the same time.

I didn't click on anything or connect to anywhere. But it looks like it was just the token not the wallet that got hacked.. How was that possible?.. I don't know what I could have done different to prevent this.
