How to Double Check if Ledger Wallet is Empty?

So I have an old 24 word seed that I’ve just recovered on my Ledger hardware wallet. Ledger Live shows 0 balances.

I’ve been in crypto for a while and I used to mess around with a lot of old tokens.

I had Siacoin and Stratis a long time ago, and I don’t know what happened to them.

Bought some random stuff on Uniswap, etc.

Is there any easy way to double check that I don’t have any tokens still laying around?

I’ve opened up MEW and no tokens show up. But I presume if I was holding any other tokens on any other networks they wouldn’t show up there?
