Cash in 20k of 401k to convert to BTC/ETH or not?

Looking for others opinions here. If I cash it in now I lose 40% to taxes, but if keep it in the 401k it’s all on me to invest in as I don’t work for an employer to match it right now or in the foreseeable future.

Thoughts on where that money could best be placed for the long term future?
