Cheap way to transfer Eth to wallet?

Hey everyone, I've got some DYDX sitting in my wallet and I want to transfer it to an exchange, but there's a $12 gas fee. I've already got $4 worth of ETH in there, so I need to send another $8-$10 worth of ETH to cover the fee. I tried using Binance, but they won't let me withdraw less than $30. If I go through with that, the remaining amount (around $10) will just sit wasted in my wallet. Any suggestions on how to handle this?
