Wen Alt Szn?

Bitcoin dominance had just hit 3 year high to 56.2% and after the recent inflation data showing inflation remaining stickier, it seems that rate cuts won't be coming soon which many of us were expecting to be around may or June, but now seems to be coming in early Q4 or god knows when.

Crypto social metrics data is showing low activity which means retail is not here yet and people are only investing in less riskier assets like BTC then Alts

The recent Bitcoin's 5% dump is normal that too in halving week, but for many alts from previous cycle ( DOT, ADA, Matic, Atom etc ) it seems there is no light at the end of the tunnel and would go on forever.

So when do you think will ALT season will actually come or Bitcoin dominance going down?
