can crypto price change from increasing to decreasing after just one trade?

hi i literally know almost nothing about trading, but i was wondering if the price for crypto (or any other stocks) can change from increasing to decreasing after just one trade.

for example, if the price often switches from increasing to decreasing after just one trade, the prices could look like this:

$1 > $2 > $1 > $2 > $1 here, it switches between inc. and dec. after one trade

and if the price doesnt often switch from increasing to decreasing after just one trade, the prices could look like this:

$1 > $2 > $3 > $4 > $3 > $2 > $1 here, it switches between inc. and dec. after 3 trades

each “>” is one trade

which scenario is more probable?
