What should I do with my crypto I can’t withdraw

Hello, I live in New York so like two years ago I bought xrp on KuCoin and I sent it to my coinbase address. When I opened up my coinbase app I always had the option to send or receive my xrp but I couldn’t buy or sell. Well today I noticed the option to send it is gone and I don’t know what to do. Does anyone know anything about the current lawsuit? Is there a chance that maybe in a year or so trading for xrp will be resumed on the coinbase app? Looking for some advice on having crypto that I can’t sell or send. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
