Ethereum law suit and long term ramifications

As the title implies what is your short-term play if Ethereum gets suit, or are you thinking more long term if so how will you navigate the coming months?

How do you think this lawsuit will affect the rest of the allt coin industry?

Most of my portfolio consists of BTC and as of late I have been trying to navigate the allt coin market as per usual a lot of stress and keeping an eye on my hot wallets but it has paid off the previous 2 crypto bull markets were especially great.

My thought process mostly has to do with ETH and ERC 20 tokens so if Ethereum were to be served would that be a catalyst for the rest of the Ethereum ecosystem to go down with it?

Ethereum is looking especially weak compared to BTC as well.

I'm sorry but these shenanigans with SEC are annoying at this point, I'm not based in the US and somehow is still a concern to me.
