US resident here with BNB stuck on Binance. I have 7 days to withdraw my assets and can’t convert or trade. What should I do?

So I'm finally getting around to getting assets off Binance and I live in the US with an old binance.com account. I just spoke with customer service who helped open up my account and have been given 7 days to withdraw everything.

Most of the coins haven't been an issue but the majority of my funds is in BNB for some reason. I can't sell/trade/convert it to anything else in Binance. Any advice on what I should do? I've tried logging back in with a VPN after some googling but I'm not sure if customer service purposefully limited my account to only withdrawals when they unlocked my account because I still can't do anything but withdraw.
