Did I just lost 200$ send to wrong eth blockchain?

Hi …

I sent 200$ from trust wallet ( eth ) to this address :

0x9929643e50F499308A85dbddD9c968f04596B392

However I received nothing in my BASE BLOCKCHAIN wallet for same address.

Although I did before same by sending eth from Binance to to same base wallet ( 0x9929643e50F499308A85dbddD9c968f04596B392 ) and receive the amount.

Why this time it went from trust wallet to eth blockchain.

I totally lost and I,have no idea.. can anyone clarify to me what just had happened ??
