What is best way for USA user to sell BNB token and off ramp to bank account?

I have a BNB token in my MetaMask I plan on selling on pancake swap DEX. I believe I will receive BNB UDST. I want to off ramp to my bank using my coinbase account but coinbase doesn't support BNB.

What is the safest and cheapest way for a USA users to sell a BNB token and then off ramp to a bank account?

I am fine with opening an account with another exchange but I do not know a one that allows US users and has BNB. Swapping the BNB chain USDT to ETH chain USDT could be another option but I'm sure the best way. Thank you.
