The latest tutorial to send moons to kraken?

Okay I know you all don’t want us to sell. But sometimes you need the money.

I can’t find the right tutorials to do this. All tutorials seem outdated or questionable. I always stay on exchanges and this will be my first time doing this. I do have a metamask account.

I get really overwhelmed with all the information with gas and Arbitrum and metamask, I need a step by step guide, and I’m sure I’m not the only one that gets overwhelmed.
