Need ethereum and can’t buy

I live in Hawaii and can’t buy ethereum but I have a few coins on SoL that I’m trying to swap and I need eth for gas and can’t find any damn way to do it. Can I Venmo someone for ethereum ? Or can someone point me in the right direction?
