Help needed:

I have this new customer that would like to tokenize one of his buildings (rental apartments, gym, restaurants, etc) through NFTs. He asked me for a marketing plan to test the market reaction first before launch. Any suggestions how to do it? Any idea is welcomed! Thanks guys
