Any compliant cryptocurrencies?

I know a large fraction of crypto users want to avoid regulators and regulation, but I wondered whether there are any compliant cryptocurrencies (or other tokenisations) around?

To clarify a bit: consider gold; although gold can be owned privately, there are still rules about not trading with proscribed entities, and tax implications. So a compliant token or currency would have to be one which supported KYC, AML etc.

If the thing being tokenised is a security (e.g. shares, debt, etc) then it would need to support the controls over who is allowed to trade them and be indentifiable for compliance with sales controls etc etc.

Finally, if the thing being tokenised represented a share in a fund (like an ETF share) then it would need to support or prescribe regulatory compliance with reporting etc.

Any ideas on whether such things have been built, either in their own chains or over main chains?
