How to transfer my ETH from a software wallet that no longer works?

I am really behind the curve on this one. I started mining ETH around year 2020 and got a few coins in the Jaxx wallet. Here's a couple of screenshots of it: From what I understand it no longer works. The UI is dead and is no longer updated. I used it as an app on my laptop. I have my ETH wallet's private key and the backup phrase. Any suggestions how can I transfer my ETH to some other wallet? submitted by /u/kndb |
