Pleading for help! Withdrew Eth from KuCoin, they pooled the tx, shows up to my regular wallet as an internal transaction. Asked support to escalate to tech team but they’re being resistant. I’m freaking out !!

I asked to escalate to technical team, but hope for faster resolve by someone, as they can't resolve remotely now of course.

Eth doesnt show up on MetaMask or Nano balance. Etherscan shows it as an internal transaction. I am freaking out its quite a big chunk of money I'll need soon. 14k block confirmations, 2 days ago sent.

Anyone have any suggestion how to fix this? How is this even possible?
