Save up crypto to be able to dissapear?

Without going into to details why, I have started to look into dissapearing and starting over with a new life. No criminal backgrund or anything I want to hide its just that I feel really misplaced and mistreated in my current lifesituation.

I know cash will be king if you need to leave the old life behind but its not safe to carry to much cash. If I start moving my savings into crypto and transfer them to a offline crypto wallet, will someone be able to find me when I exchange that crypto for cash in the future?

How easy is it to withdraw to cash without ID and without getting robbed/murdered by some dodgy people "helping".

I plan to move the savings gradually so that it doesnt get to suspicious. Not going to get up and leave tomorrow but planning for a exit in the upcoming year.

I know this is a bit OT in this subreddit but would appreciate any input.
