How to add gas onto a transfer?

Just withdrew some money to my exodus wallet and it’s showing in the balance there but has been in “receiving” for around 4 hours now. Etherscan says it’s in the pending txn queue for a while now (it now says it appears this txn is taking longer than usual). Site i withdrew from used 5.4 GWEI so i’m guessing that’s why? Not too crypto savy so came here. Withdrew USDT using erc20
