Is there any plans to lower withdraw fees?

I don't have a ton of crypto and the fees are so high resulting in me leaving on exchanges. Is there anything in the works to make prices way lower like Bitcoin lowered their withdraw fees by a lot I take crypto off exchanges all the time. But with Ethereum, the fees are just so high.
