I accidentally send ETH from the Arbitrum Nova wallet directly to an extern ETH wallet address. Can I still retain my ETH?

So I wasn't paying too much attention, and I send the ETH from my Arbitrum Nova directly to an extern ETH wallet (see tx here: https://nova.arbiscan.io/tx/0x380d02f19bfe8f3e9d7a0f13dd77827ddcf727fa72c012fea36557d257efb4ac). Can I get this back?

Probably not, which is not the worst case, but I thought I might ask here to give it a try. Thanks in advance.
