Best ETH funded prepaid (plastic and/or virtual) credit cards? with lowest fees ideally..

So, I've recently been using Ledger's new cl card (https://with-cl.com) , their prepaid crypto offering, which also allows topups by debit/credit card…

While it is certainly sleek, and perhaps the easiest crypto offramp ive found for buying stuff online in particular, as you can fund a prepaid virtual card even before the plastic card is delivered, and I bought my sister a birthday gift yesterday, paid eth through metamask and was given the disposable virtual credit card number and accepted without even putting any correct billing address, awesome! …but the fees are high.. approx. 3% per transaction I think, it was hard to know exactly after fx fees as well

so, Im definitely sold on prepaid, crypto cards, but would like a slightly cheaper? option? anything good out there? TIA
