No decision on Grayscale’s Bitcoin ETF today

Many may be disappointed to find out there was no verdict on Grayscale's ETF which was highly anticipated to release today 11am EST as per the 94% of cases heard by the United States District Courts within 160 days of oral testimony (cases of March of 2021 and 2022). There will be more updates Friday 11am. Though of the many other ETF applications under review, firms such as Blackrock, Invesco, Fidelity etc. could face delays by the SEC (of up to 240 days) as ARK as experienced who filed May 2023 and was recently pushed back another 21 days. Let's hope the SEC begin to prioritise these applications and continue to stay tuned for news on ETFs, especially on Friday. submitted by /u/good2youall |
