What to do now?

So my crypto journey started in lockdown when a friend of mine got me scratching the surface of crypto. Helped me find articles, get a bit of information and got me into buying some (harmony one, before it took a nosedive into the road, vet, a few others) He passed away in Feb, and since then wasn't able to even open a wallet without being reminded of him.

I'm not trying to pull on any heart strings, am just looking for non financial advice on where to start again, as all I see are stories of rug pulls and a sea of new coins etc. Is there a list of good sites to get news and whitepapers of projects or any other material, besides here of course, so I can slowly get back into this crazy world?
