Confused Reading Etherscan

Still very new to crypto and been trying to understand how to read Etherscan transactions and how to see if a token is suss or not.

When looking at a Fungible Uniswap V2 tokens on Etherscan I usually just goto LP pair address > Token Tracker and it will say when they added liquidity, when they removed it and etc right on the front page.

But when I look at a Fungible Uniswap V3 token on Etherscan it never shows added liquidity etc like how it does with V2. Does anyone else realise this? Why is this and what should I do in this matter?
