DeFi tooling on Ethereum

Hi all,

Keen for some more examples of DeFi tooling apps around Ethereum:

1. Uniswap V4 –> will allow anyone to create their own pool on Uniswap with their own parameters
2. Geode Finance –> allows anyone to create their own liquid staking derivative and liquidity pool

Can anyone give me some more good ones?
