Is 4060 suitable for mining RVN?

I see the data shows that 4060 8G is about 17~18Mh 90w, 3060 12G is 22~23Mh 130w, 4060 does have a little more profit, but why the computing power of 4060 is so much lower?? It is 4060 memory left 8G relationship??
