Mycellium. My ethereum tx keeps failing but I’m charged a fee so far 3 txs and 5.5usd down the drain. Please help

I sent my ethereum to Mycellium wallet and now I can't send it out

There is auto fee option

Or

I can set – gas limit -gwei -input data hexadecimal

This is so annoying can someone please assist
