So wait a second, what difference did the Shanghai upgrade made for the small fish like me? Can I stake it directly?

I have under 10 eth which is doing nothing at the moment, after the Shanghai update is there any way for me to stake it easily, the same way I stake polkadot or the process is still complicated?
