Keep holding Beth or redeem

Hi, I'm a crypto noob and completely out of the loop and have only recently seen that Beth is now redeemable on binance. I'm wondering if it's better to just keep holding it in Binance or convert it to Eth2.0 and stake it (I'll be doing this on Kraken).
