Help with transferring eth to ledger

Hey I'm wanting to transfer my eth from binance to my ledger. Binance gives a few different network options such as transferring as BnB smart chain ( bep 20) Ethereum (erc20) Arbitrum one

I basically want to Transfer my eth from binance to stake on ledger. Which chain I pick does it matter? Thank you for the help.
