MetaMask new Agreement, Fees Coming based on usage.

O tay. Just read that users agreement and paid close attention for the option to opt out via emailing them within the next 30 days. Two things stood out. Limits on free usage, but not sure if that just related to future offerings and if not in the US or UK then Irish law is used. So anyone more business/legal savvy want to take a crack at these two points?
