Ethereum JSON Wallet

Hey, I have a very old (~6-7 years) json ethereum wallet that I made a while back. This is the format that the json file is in, of course I removed the data from it XD.

If someone helps me out with this and I can get it loaded and working again, I would happily transfer you some ETH as a thank you!

How would I go about loading up this wallet again? I have been trying many different ways but I cannot figure it out.
