For Europeans, how are you getting your bank money onto exchanges/dexs?

My bank has suddenly started to block my transfers onto Binance as Binance is considered to be a high risk purchase and now i can't periodically buy/DCA.

I called them, and they basically told me I might be able to buy in the future (they didnt specify when) but as Binance is high risk, there are transitory periods where purchases will be blocked 🤷. Other than this, I can't do anything. I can't go to one of the physical banks and attempt to solve this (this is what they told me).

As a bit of context, I live in Spain and Im using BBVA. I don't know if changing banks would be worth it – I assume most have similar policies/measures.

Have any of you had similar experiences and if so, what did you do? What are your methods of getting your money from your bank account onto cexs/dexs?
