Pending transaction on ETH network

Maybe someone here can help me! I have had a pending transaction for 24 hours at this point because Coinbase wallet decided to lower my gwei fee to 15 gwei. Now when I try to replace the gwei fee, it keeps sending me a transaction failed message. Any ideas of what to try next? Any help is greatly appreciated.
