We released the tokenize.it smart contracts

tokenize.it is building a platform for that simplifies investments in companies. We are starting in Germany very soon.

We released our smart contracts a while ago and published an article about it last week. It introduces the smart contracts, and contains an example investment where an investor invests USDC in a company and receives tokens in return:
