The raffle for EthCC tickets is live (and open source)

EthCC tickets are notably hard to get, here's a fair lottery/auction to get one. Feeling a bit of déjà vu? That’s because we liked what Devcon did with their crypto auction and raffle so much that we decided to fork it for EthCC[6]. A massive "thank you" to the Devcon team for their support! Key improvements include RANDAO as randomness source and discount based on attendance at previous events.
