I understand that transactions conducted on Layer 2 protocols, which utilize Ethereum, typically cost between $0.50 and $0.10 per transaction, while fees on Layer 1 tend to be higher. In the event of an increase in Ethereum's price, is it likely that the transaction fees on Layer 2 protocols would also rise?
