💡 Idea about decentralized service to collect scammers addresses/contracts and check how many reports the specific address got in real time.

Recently, I got scammed, and I had an idea. Someone could create a decentralized service that could collect reports of people who have been scammed, similar to how VirusTotal works. Just as we can send a file to VirusTotal, and the service checks the file using lots of different antivirus services, this service would allow wallets to check a contract or specific address via API and inform the user if something suspicious has been associated with the address that they authorized to make a transaction. 🤔
