What is the special contribution period in the KZG Summoning Ceremony?

I thought, that it'll end last hour, when the countdown finishes. I was lucky and my contribution was counted a few hours ago already. However, does this special contribution period refer only to collaborative contributions or would my contribution via cli also be eligible for this new period?
