How can someone create a duplicate mock of the ethereum network

Hello Eth Community,

I am a student working on a research project, Need to test the currently implemented BLS Multisignature on the ethereum network, and also test the Pixel Multisignature scheme, by implementing it on ethereum POS.

Would appreciate any guidance.
