Is there a place for discussing philosophical crypto research like governance, the role of blockchain in society, privacy, etc?

Hello, I'm looking for a place to discuss philosophical crypto research. I know there are places to discuss ethereum protocol R&D, but they are typically closed to philosophical discussions. Does anybody know of other places where discussion takes place?
