Web3 Developers, what are the problems that arise from developing Web3 projects (for clients)?

I am launching a Web 3 development and growth marketing agency (I know. Another one….)
I wanted to get perspective from Web3 developers on what goes wrong during the development of a Web3 project.
- Are the clients assholes? (sometimes, yes…but how?)
- What technical problems do you face – that you know that the agency can help with?
- What managerial problems are created? (i.e. micromanaging, lack of communication, not "really" remote-friendly (as the remote workplace is not catered to async communications)
My clear goal: "make a Web 3 dev + growth marketing that doesn't suck."
