What will happen to ETH staking yields during the next bull run if the number of stakers doesn’t grow considerably?

I see ETH staking yields between 5-7% with around $2-3m in ethereum fees per day. During a the last bull run, that number went up to $10+m, or 3-5x. Does that mean 15-35% yields during the bull run?

If yields do hit double digits, do we expect that ETH staking with increase to bring yields back down?
