Examples of traditional organizations that have successfully implemented a DAO structure?

Are there any good examples of organizations that have successful adopted the DAO model, instead of a more traditional corporate hierarchy.

Im looking for examples of organizations that specifically don't operate in the Crypto/Defi space. Rather are just traditional companies that opted to use a DAO model organization for governance.

I see some work in that direction in the https://docs.metropolis.space/ project…. however its not really clear how someone might implement this for their own organization.
