Technology can be great, but like many other technologies, cryptocurrencies will not survive if they are not simplified.
Simplicity. Crypto should be simple for use if we want mass adoption.
Cryptocurrencies are too complicated to use. Maybe it's hard to see that right now, but do you remember yourself at the very beginning when you didn't even know:
-which exchange to use and which one is safe
-how to buy them
– how are they sent to the wallet?
-what the hell is wallet, should I buy it or something?
I mean, just take a look at some crypto game. How much effort and experience is needed to start playing it.
You need to download an app. Often you need to join their discord to start playing. Now you need to install a wallet. Now you need to send some money to that wallet. Now you need to convert that coin to their token…now you need to mint this NFT in order to start playing etc..
Now imagine that this is done by a person who is not very good with computers.
Technology is only as good as it is efficient and simple.
