Is crypto even decentralized anymore? a16z shifting DAO voting by themselves

a16z by itself can turn the decision of the voting to whatever direction they want to. This might be even worse than whatever corruption that is happening with elections in the real world.

Big VC's and institutions can basically set the future of whatever token they hold in a way that will benefit their holdings the most. Is this the future?
